When most people think of soft drinks they usually think of their favorite brand or
flavor. Bust soft drinks in Kentucky are much more. We are nearly 4,000 people
directly involved in beverage production and distribution and 30,000 more people in
related support businesses. We are community members who pay more than $296 million
in Federal and state taxes and who contributes $8 million to charities each year.
We are considered citizens. We support litter reduction and solid waste initiatives
such as Adopt a Highway programs, litter education programs and curbside recycling
programs. We support partnerships with schools that provide supplemental funds for
artistic, athletic and technology programs in school districts throughout the state.
In short, we are proud partners in Kentucky's business development, educational
growth and environmental improvement.
